- Save $1000 in an Emergency Fund (used only for emergencies)
- Pay off all debt except for the house
- Increase Emergency Fund to 3 - 6 months of basic living expenses
- Begin investing 15% of household income for retirement
- Begin saving for children’s college
- Begin to pay extra on mortgage
- Maximize retirement saving and give as God directs
